At SilkSilky, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury silk purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team or log into your account to submit a return request with your order number and the reason for return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unwashed, unworn items with all original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure the silk remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
